Always consult with a pirate and parrot thought might be a reason, apart from the fact that she is an exotic animal from afar, as it is good to find the land, or make good companions for long trips, they can talk.

IDK what the pet on board could be better, but keep in mind that talking is not necessarily the same as the camaraderie and parrots not converse croaking sounds they can understand. In general, there is no "official" certification required the crew of a larger, it belongs to the captain that he (or she) wants to go. Everywhere I look and the weight capacity for vessels Passengers simply listed "certificate Yacht." Is there a rule for determining how many passengers it can carry? I need to know to determine how a large boat to buy.

You could have really opened a can of worms here … As the USCG does not require items of vessels over 21 feet to view the passenger capacity plates – hence your problem. However, the USCG can cause a lot of trouble if your boat seems overloaded. You know when they see it – and so do most experienced sailors. To answer your question "ability", we must know the total weight of the moving ship, and subtract the following: the actual weight of the ship, including the weight of engines, equipment, accessories, furniture, fuel, water, batteries, etc. – - – the difference or balance of the applicable number of books in your boat. I know, this does enough – but the law as it is today – but many sailors try to change. As with most cases, the basic rule here is the common sense. The best way to ask his question had been asked what the size of vessels to recommend someone to perform a number of passengers. And, including how to use the boat … What type of water … and this type of vessel (ie sail or motor) … With few exceptions, can "comfortably" accommodate more people in a motorboat and then embark on a ship of the same length … and a level of comfort board also generally involves a title. As for "36 also has a cabin cruiser w / Fly-bridge … same model as above only 10 "long and about 6" in general … In 36 ', we (my wife and I) could take three other couples to sail with us – and everyone can have a great day and will end with a dinner sitting around a table in the center of the cabin. It was comfortable … pairs but were a little more. So there you have it … I do not speak of "waves" capacity here … is far away … I simply speak of space and personal safety and comfort … 8 adults in the footer 36 5 adults (without children or 6) in footnote 26 "Bunk nothing to do with the capacity or the expected number of passengers or crew – And certainly has nothing to do with the level of comfort … as my two 26 'and 36' proclaimed a "standby" 6. However, I will say, experience, or a boat to do it comfortably … Happy and safe boating!
